Mother's ache
THE CRIB HAS JUST LEFT.............I feel empty, but am pleased it's found a good home. My daughter is showing me how she can touch the bottom of hanging frames on the wall. Remembering the poem.."Quiet down cobwobs...I'm rocking my baby....BECAUSE BABIES DON'T KEEP"

Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment! I'm not sure why the crib left your home - are you saying no more babies? It's hard to move on isn't it! But just be warned. I gave away my crib over 5 years ago and had to buy a new one this year! :) God loves to surprise us with good things! Especially when we least expect it!
Amy, It is my dream that one of the kids' birth mothers has another child. We would take a sibling in a heart beat! We are putting our family size into God's hands. Our crib found a great home...and I don't need to move it around the country....but I haven't given up buying another if I need to!
Then Jesus said to his disciples: Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothes. Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?
Learning more every day about God's wonderful plans for me and my family. I am a Registered Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse. I am wife, daughter, mother, sister, friend and most of all a child of God. My husband has just been ordained as a minister and has been installed in his first congregation. I have a wonderful husband and family, son,Luke age 11 and daughter, Leah age 7 and 2 cats ` Bandit and Skittles.

Awwww. Don't you have that poem framed in your house? It seems like I remember seeing it in hanging.
Love the new look. You keep inspiring me :) Kate

Andrea, I gave it up when we moved...part of the original decluttering.
I hated putting my cradle away! It was so sad. I want it back.
